Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I receive my order?

-We try to limit ordering keeping our lead time around 2 weeks(14 business days). As a small homestead business things do come up that are out of our control. We recomend reaching out to us PRIOR to ordering if time is an issue.

What is your return policy?

-As noted in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions, once a kit is assembled we cannot accept it back. It cannot be used or resold once its glued, stapled or screwed together. If there is an issue we will always do whatever we can, within reason, to remedy the situation. If an order is not assembled, the buyer can ship it back at thier expense. Once we receive the kit and verify it has not been assembled we will issue a full refund minus the 10% processing charge.

Can I cancel my order?

-As noted in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions, an order not shipped may be canceled with a 10% processing charge. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and should be directed towards the return policy.

My kit arrived damaged.

-Unfortunately we do not have any control over the handling of our packages in transit and not everyone has respect for shipped packages which can lead to damages. If you receive damaged products please send us pictures of the damage along with your order #. If the part cannot be repaired with the extra supplies we send, we will ship out a replacement piece at no charge to the customer

Why is shipping taking so long?

-Sadly as a small homestead business we are at the mercy of the shipping carrier. We use UPS ground 3 day service. In today's world, that does not mean 3 days in some cases. If you have any issues while in transit, please reach out asap and we will assist in anyway we can.

UPS says they dont have the package yet.

-As a small homestead business we are not afforded the ability to have a pickup daily based on our package count and our location. We are the last stop at the end of the route for our area and there are many times where we are kicked off the pickup list due to things out of our control. Most times they will reschedule for the next day but this is not always the case. We ship out on Monday and Friday. There are times when our orders get scanned in as they pickup and there are times when they do not get scanned until they are at the depot..the next day. We try to print all shipping labels as close to pickup as possible to limit the anticipation and ask to have packages scanned at pickup but , again, we are not UPS and have no control over that. We urge you to reach out to us if you feel there is an issue and we will assist in any way possible.
